The risk in the Products shall pass to the Customer on completion of delivery. Title to the Products shall not pass to the Customer until the Company has received payment in full (in cash or cleared funds) for the Products.

By using this website, you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of this web site.
Nothing in these Terms shall in any way be deemed to restrict or affect your statutory rights under English law.
Your item will be delivered to you via a Courier who will require a signature as proof of delivery. Before the parcel is signed for, check carefully for any signs of transit damage (or instruct anyone you authorise to sign on your behalf to do the same). We advise customers to check parcels carefully for any transit damage. If you are unsure, or there is transit damage to your product, sign for the item and clearly write “damaged product”. In this instance please contact us directly on 01934 635260 and we will quickly ensure that you get a perfect product, with no additional cost to yourself.
If your order is sent in more than one box, your packages may arrive on separate consignments on different deliveries.
We reserve the right to place a surcharge on delivery for large orders (approx 10+ units). Large orders may require a dedicated delivery service, which is outside of our normal delivery options. Our carriers have limited space for large deliveries to one address, and therefore larger orders may need to be quoted for separately. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Matters Beyond Our Reasonable Control
We will not be responsible if we are not able to provide the services because of something beyond our reasonable control (such as war, acts of terrorism, extreme weather conditions, earthquakes, fire, floods, traffic congestion, mechanical breakdown (including of machinery, equipment, and vehicles), any public or private road being blocked, or industrial action and the outcomes of it, if this prevents us from providing our usual service). We will try to tell you promptly about any such events.
Cancellation & Returns
Under The Consumer Contracts (Information Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the legal right to cancel your order within fourteen working days after receipt of the goods. In the event that you wish to return an item, you must inform the company by email.
From receipt, you have 14 days to let us know by email [email protected] that you intend to return your bean bag to us in a new and unused condition. You are responsible for returning the item to us at your expense.
Please ensure to take reasonable care of the goods so that they arrive with us in the same condition as they were delivered. Returns will be processed within 14 days.

The company reserves the right to take action to claim any charges necessary costs for the repair or cleaning of any goods returned not in the same condition as upon delivery. We will make reasonable deductions as we are entitled from any refund due for any obviously damaged or dirty goods.
You are advised to retain the original packaging and receipt in the event of you cancelling an order. Any refunds or returns made on promotional items will be given at the rate of the discounted product
Internet Misuse
You agree to indemnify and hold GILDA2020 Ltd, its owners, employees and other partners, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable solicitors fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post to or transmit through the Site, your use of the Site, your connection to the Site, your violation of the Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
Guarantee
GILDA2020 Ltd undertakes that on delivery and for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery, the design, fabric and manufacture of the cover of the Goods (which for the avoidance of doubt shall not include the fillings of the Goods) shall be of satisfactory quality within the meaning of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 for domestic purposes. For commercial use customers, this guarantee is limited to 6 months.
Products can only be featured in one promotion at a time. Free gift promotions are subject to stock availability and only one free gift is available per household. When a promotional code is available and you don’t enter it at the checkout stage, we will not be able to apply it later on (although you may be able to use it for a subsequent order). Basket builder promotions apply only to products purchased and does not include delivery cost. Promotional codes are limited to one use per customer. Voucher codes are only applicable to products that aren’t featured in any other promotion. Promotions featured on www.gildaltd.co.uk are strictly for our website customers only. Black Friday pricing guaranteed only within the active Black Friday promotion period.
